The Truth2 bow is Bear Archerys top line model. It was designed in conjunction with Team Primos and nothing was spared in attempting to build a bow equal or better then any other companies hunting bow. In doing so Team Primos created a great hunting bow, however some things seem to be a little over engineered. Pluses on the Truth2 that help performance include Winners Choice strings, a built in string stop, and a smooth pulling yet still very fast single cam. (pulls just like a Switchback cam according to our Mathews shooters) The second built in string stop and the axle mounted dampners seem like overengineered additions that add very little to performance while detracting from overall appearance. The axle mounted dampners are particularly annoying as they are mounted precariously at the limb tips where they can catch on branches or other protusions when hunting. They also take away from the streamlined look we prefer in a bow.
