A good youth bow must meet three requirements, it must have a large range of draw length adjustment, it must have a large range of draw weight adjustment, and it must be reasonably priced. The Razor Edge from Diamond meets these requirements spectacularly!

The Razor Edge has a full 10 inches of draw length adjustment, all the way from 19-29 inches. Many youth bows with similar adjustments top out at 25-26 inches of draw. Most male archers will grow out of a 26 inch draw and be forced to find a new bow. With the Diamond Razor Edge most males will never grow out of the draw length and can keep the bow in adulthood if they desire.

The Razor Edge comes in two draw weight ranges, 15-30 and 30-60 lbs. The 15-30 lb bow is suitable for smaller children, however if possible we suggest buying the heavier bow. The 30-60 lb range means an archer can use the bow into adulthood without needing to make limb changes. It also makes the bow suitable for most adults, both male and female. Diamond markets the Razor Edge as a youth bow but when adjusted to higher poundages and draw lengths it fits comfortably with other adult bows.
