The Mathews DXT was the best seller in our archery proshop in 2008. After selling, setting up, and tuning more then 100 DXT bows we can say the DXT is everything Mathews says it is. First it is a reliable bow with bomb-proof limbs. We have not yet had a single instance of limb failure on a DXT or Drenalin since Mathews first introduced the slim-limb in late 2006. This is out of nearly three hundred slim limb bows sold. This even includes the limbs on (by my estimate) of several dozen bows that had been dry-fired!

Second the DXT is a fast bow. It reaches the advertised speeds without difficulty, unlike some competitors bows (un-named here)which test out consistently slower then advertised.

A third reason the Mathews DXT is a great bow is how smooth and quiet it shoots. At release there is very little vibration and the DXT stays put in your hand without jarring forward like many bows.
